Data, purposes and legal basis

The form processes your name, work e-mail address, topic and message. Organisation is optional. This data is used to answer the enquiry, understand its context and provide professional follow-up. Processing is based on SpaceDrone-DataLink’s legitimate interest in responding to professional and institutional enquiries. When an enquiry explicitly concerns a contract or partnership, processing may also rely on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Recipients

Information is accessible only to authorised SpaceDrone-DataLink personnel responsible for the enquiry. LWS acts as the technical hosting and e-mail provider. Data is not sold or used for direct marketing without a separate legal basis.

Retention

A general enquiry and related correspondence are retained for twelve months after the last useful reply. If it develops into a prospect or partnership relationship, information needed for follow-up may be retained for up to three years after the last meaningful contact. Records subject to legal or contractual obligations follow the applicable period.

Cookies and trackers

The website uses no advertising cookies, embedded social networks or third-party analytics. A strictly necessary cookie named sddl_contact_limit protects the form against automated submissions. It is signed, unavailable to JavaScript, expires after one hour and is not used for tracking. No consent banner is displayed while this configuration remains unchanged.

Security logs

The host retains its technical access logs. The website also records refused requests, repeated requests for non-existent pages and form abuse. The additional log contains the time, requested path, response status, a pseudonymised network identifier and a limited browser signature.

This data is used exclusively to detect and document malicious attempts, based on SpaceDrone-DataLink’s legitimate interest in securing its service. It is retained for no more than thirty days. A series of closely spaced attempts may trigger a temporary restriction and an internal notification, without commercial profiling.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, as well as portability where applicable, through the protected form. SpaceDrone-DataLink responds within one month unless a lawful extension applies. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Security, transfers and automated decisions

The website uses data minimisation, production TLS encryption, a server-side fixed recipient, strict validation, a honeypot, a minimum submission delay and temporary rate limiting. The form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. No transfer outside the European Economic Area is planned for the processing described on this page.

Sensitive information

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, NDA-protected or technically sensitive information through the public form. An appropriate channel and contractual framework must be agreed first.
