Publisher and publication director

The site is published by SPACEDRONE-DATALINK, a French simplified joint-stock company, SIREN 984 920 736, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register, with registered office at 33 rue des Gros Grès, 92700 Colombes, France. Intra-community VAT number: FR18 984 920 736.

Hosting

The site is hosted by LWS, Ligne Web Services, SAS, 10 rue Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France, RCS Paris 851 993 683. Technical site data and contact-form messages are processed as part of the hosting and email services used by SPACEDRONE-DATALINK.

GDPR

Personal-data protection

Controller

SPACEDRONE-DATALINK determines the purposes and means of processing associated with contact requests, voluntary subscriptions, security and the exercise of data-protection rights.

Data processed

The contact form may collect a name, organisation, job function, professional email address, subject and message content. The subscription module stores the email address, language, selected categories, request and confirmation dates, and a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address used for consent. Technical logs may contain an IP address, date and time, requested resource, response code, browser and security-event category. Visitors must not submit sensitive or classified information.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to requests and preparing a possible business relationship: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interests in professional relationship development.
  • Sending only the notification categories expressly selected: consent confirmed through an email link.
  • Securing the service, preventing abuse and diagnosing incidents: legitimate interests in protecting systems and users.
  • Handling data-rights requests: compliance with a GDPR legal obligation.

Required fields

Fields marked as required are needed to process the request or activate a subscription. No notification is sent until the email address has been confirmed.

Recipients

Data is available only to authorised SPACEDRONE-DATALINK personnel and providers strictly required for hosting, email and security. It is not sold or used for advertising targeting.

Retention periods

  • Contact and prospect data: while the request is processed, then no more than three years after the last professional contact.
  • Confirmed subscriptions: until unsubscribe or withdrawal of consent. Unconfirmed requests are removed during maintenance operations.
  • Technical and security logs: fifteen days, followed by automatic deletion.
  • Data-rights records: for the time needed to handle the request, then for evidentiary purposes under applicable limitation periods.

Unsubscribe

Every notification includes a personal link that immediately removes the address and its preferences. Preferences can also be replaced by submitting the form again with the same address.

Transfers

SPACEDRONE-DATALINK does not organise transfers of contact-form or subscription data outside the European Economic Area. If a provider were to do so, the safeguards required under the GDPR would be implemented and documented.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses no advertising tracker or optional profiling tool. Mechanisms strictly necessary for form security, session management and language choice do not require prior consent. Any future optional tracker will be disclosed and, where required, subject to revocable prior consent.

Automated decisions

No profiling or decision producing legal effects is performed from data collected on this site.

Security, logs and abuse prevention

The site uses TLS, security headers, input controls, CSRF protection, hidden anti-bot fields, sending limits and technical logging. Access to the private publishing and subscription-management console is also logged for security purposes. Logs are circular, size-limited and automatically deleted after fifteen days.

Five objectively suspicious events from the same source address within ten minutes may trigger a ten-minute access limit. Ordinary form mistakes and normal missing pages are not counted as attacks. Repeated authentication failures on the private console are counted. The security team may receive a notification including the source address used for blocking and, when available, an observed IPv4 address.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent where applicable and exercise data portability when available.

Use the secure form and select “Personal data”. Identity evidence is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. A response is provided within one month unless a justified extension applies. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, CNIL.
